Services Offered

Realty Focused provides real estate media services, including but not limited to:

  • Property Photography
  • Video Walkthroughs & Cinematic Tours
  • Floor Plans
  • Photo Editing & Post-Production
  • Twilight Photography
  • Agent Branding Videos
  • Realty-Focused Notary & Signing Agent Services:
    • Loan Signings (e.g. Seller Packages, Buyer Packages, Reverse Mortgages, Loan Modifications, Grant Deeds, etc.)
    • Apostille facilitation for International Property Transactions
    • Notarization of Wealth and Asset Documents (e.g. Living Trusts, POA, Wills, Advanced Health Directives, etc.)

Scheduling and Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked through our website or by phone call.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring property access at the scheduled time.
  • If access is not available upon arrival, a delay or cancellation may occur.

Turnaround Time and Delivery

  • Photographs: Delivered within 24 hours
  • Videos: Delivered within 48 to 72 hours
  • All media will be delivered digitally via a secure link (e.g., pCloud, Proton Drive, or client portal).
  • Rush Delivery: Available for a $75 rush fee per service, with delivery expedited to 12 hours for photos OR 24–48 hours for video (subject to approval and availability).

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • There are no additional fees for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • We appreciate at least 12 to 24 hours’ notice for any changes.

Weather Policy

  • If weather conditions (e.g., rain, high winds) prevent safe or optimal capture of content, Realty Focused will offer free rescheduling.
  • Rescheduling must be agreed upon by both parties based on mutual availability.

Property Preparation

  • Clients must ensure the property is clean, staged, and ready prior to the appointment.
  • Our team does not provide staging or cleaning services and is not responsible for rearranging furniture or personal items.

Media Licensing and Usage Rights

  • Realty Focused retains full copyright to all produced media.
  • Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media solely for marketing the listed property.
  • Media may not be reused, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
  • Licensing does not transfer with the sale or reassignment of the property to other agents or brokers.

Revisions

  • Clients may request one round of basic revisions within 3 days of delivery.
  • Additional revisions or custom editing requests may incur extra fees.

Liability

  • Realty Focused is not liable for delays or damages resulting from inaccessible locations, equipment failure, or unsafe conditions.
  • While we take care to operate drones and equipment safely, Realty Focused is not liable for damages arising from uncontrollable environmental conditions or client negligence.
  • By hiring us, you acknowledge that all drone flights will be subject to FAA regulations and local restrictions.
  • All drone operations are FAA-compliant and subject to applicable local laws and weather constraints.

Privacy Policy

  • Realty Focused collects only essential information needed to process bookings and deliver services.
  • Your personal and client data will never be sold, shared, or used for marketing without your consent.
  • All uploaded files and content are stored securely and only accessible to the Realty Focused team.

Updates to Terms

Any changes will be updated on our website and apply to future bookings.
